Refunds/Warranty

NV Streams offers a standard 30 day warranty on any hardware purchases, covered at the discretion of NVStreams. If a device is deemed defective, we will cover the cost of the device minus any shipping costs.
Extended warranty options are available.

Returns & Refunds will NOT be provided for any subscription or box purchases.  We do not provide credit, refunds or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month.  In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your NV Streams subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle.  

Programming lineup is subject to change with and without notice and since we do not host, provide, archive, store or distribute media of any kind, we can not offer guarantees of content.
